Yeahhh so I broke my arm at work like 2 weeks ago. I'm a mess so I fell while holding a child. He's ok, but I didn't turn out so good. Only 2 more weeks with this smelly cast though, woo!

Up NH with Jamie and the fam on saturday. Then a whole week off of school. Finally. I'm sad I don't have spring break in march. I could've gone to Florida :(. Next year!

Well.

Where do I begin?

With Fitchburg rejecting me?
Or UMass Boston rejecting me?
Or Salem State rejecting me?
Or Endicott rejecting me?
Or Curry saying 'Eh, we'll see'?

Hm, that leaves nothing left but my future gone to shit because I'm not poor white trash living in a trailer park on welfare. If that was me then I'd get into all of these school's nursing programs. Aaaaaand I'd go there for free! But I'm not, I'm just an average person. So I get rejected. Hey, if i suddenly didn't have any interest in nursing at all I'd have 3 schools to choose from. Salem, UMass, and probably Curry accepted me into the school...but not into nursing. Too bad it's only my dream in life.

Sorry, today was kinda the worst day of my life.

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANE COOK!

I'm even more in love. Me, Melissa, Jamie, Tom, and his g/f Christina went to see him at URI with the help of GPS Janet on sunday. Robert Kelly opened for Dane and he was hilarioussssssssss. I was laughing my ass off. Then Dane came on and half the stuff I heard before but it was still wicked funny. Oh man, best day of my life.

Haha lately when we have a double of study, me and Carolyn have 'marathon naps' which involves us napping for the whole hour and a half. It's amazing. We had one today. This weekend I'm going up NH with Jamie and her family and extended family haha, which of course includes me, Christina, and Kevin. I'm excited. Ughhhhhh I haven't even begun christmas shopping yet, I don't even want to think about it. Heebs

Doctors are assholes. They are so rude to us at clinical. God forbid you ask them a question and be in their hospital and waste their time.

Christ, I'll just stay away from the white coats.

Anywayss, that's my rant on doctors. Jamie is coming home tomorrow and we are going to hang and be lazy like old times. Haha. Dane Cook would've been yesterday but it got postponed until the 11th. Saaaaaaaad but at least its something to look forward to! I've sucked Carolyn into the world of Dane. Ha, I love it.

I can't even think of Christmas shopping. I'm too poor to purchase things.

This week has been really easy. I got all my applications done and put in envelopes so now it is up to my guidance counselor to send them, but he sucks so you never know. Tomorrow is a half day and half of it is a rally. Wooo Then me Carolyn and I think Cham are going out to lunch. Then I have work at 3. Oh yeah, and my sister is coming home for the first time in a million years. I probably will only see her on Thanksgiving then she'll be off somewhere else. I hope she doesn't think she'll be taking over the car. On thanksgiving the fam are coming over. Friday I have a physical. Ughhhhhhh heinous, then me Carolyn and her bro Mike are going to see Harry Potter! Yay I'm excited.

Saturday? Who knows. Maybe catching up with Melissa, probably not.

Oh and P.S., me and Carolyn won best friends for superlatives, awww. I hate that bitch.
Best friends, beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeest frieeeeendsss. Haha

Endicott

Ok. I'm in love with Endicott College! It was everything I hoped it would be. It's right on the ocean, it has 3 beaches! It has fountains and a traditional style campus that is kinda small. The dorms are beautiful and the neighborhood around it is all huge estates and mansions. It's in Beverly so it's only 10 minutes from Salem, exciting!!!!

I really hope I get in but I'm trying to be realistic about it because the nursing program has only 30 spots. Which, in my opinion, is ridiculous. And they wonder why there is such a huge nursing shortage right now? How about let more kids into college.

So that was saturday, saturday night me, Carolyn, her brother Mike and his g/f Elanie went to see Reel Big Fish at Axis. It was a lot of fun, and sweaty. I got touched by so many sweaty drunk people. Ugh. And some guy puked next to Mike. Yummm. And on friday I saw Jamie! We hung out and watched Degrassi like old times.

Ok, I have to write some college essays now.

College

This week is heinous. I feel like time is closing in on me and I'm just sitting around watching it happen. Grades close thursday which equals transcripts which equals applying to schools which equals getting in or not getting in. I am very stressed.

At least I know where I'm applying to I guess...Curry, Endicott, UMass Boston, Salem State, and Fitchburg. But I have no idea where I want to go. I liked Curry and hopefully will love Endicott or else I'm lost. I'm visiting this saturday.

The anxiety attacks are great fun also. I need to calm down though because everyone is going through this. But I just want to be accepted to college and get it over with.

aaaaaaaaand thats my college rant! Hope you liked it.

P.S.-Me and my sister are sooooooo going to see Dane Cook the 30th at URI! Thats one thing to look forward to.

Halloween in Salem!!!

So last night was Halloween. It was sooo much fun. I got out of work a little early (the kids weren't in their costumes though) I got on the red line to park street. Then on the green line to North Station. Then getting a little confused I finally made it on the commuter rail. Haha everyone on it was dressed up. Jamie picked me up and we went back to her dorm so I could change. I was a doctor and she was a nurse. We walked to downtown and saw the mass crowd that took up all of Salem. Haha it was fun seeing people's costumes. There were some cone heads in spandex costumes doing leap frog in the middle of the street. I wish I got a pic. And a bunch of inflatable penis costumes. We walked around and went in a few haunted houses and got harassed by the drunk guys. "Ohhh doctor, nurse! I'm sick, will you take my pulse?" It got old. We walked around from 8-11:30. Looong night so we fell asleep early. It was fun, next year we deff need all out costumes. Now I'm going to take a 'tour' of the campus. Haha not really, that was my excuse to not go to school today. K I think we are going out t lunch soon so byee!

So Tuesday-Sunday was the National Youth Leadership Forum on Nursing. It was good. Lots and lots of southern people. Yeahh...it doesn't make me want to go there any more than I did. I was told over and over about my 'Boston accent" which i thought was weird cause I never really realized I had one.

Oh, and this is a gem. A girl in my group said I looked and talked exactly like...are you ready for this...BARBRA STREISAND. Wow, is that supposed to be a good thing? Yeah I have a big nose but Babs? Come on.

So it's now time for the college search. I'm applying to Curry, Endicott, Salem State, probably UMass Boston. And I still need to go on some tours to find others. Exciting!

"It's great to be out of that damn sandbox."

Hmm what has been going on lately with me...

I have a job at Jack and Jill day care in the toddler room. That should be interesting. I work there mon, wed, fri. Then Tues and Thurs I am going to babysit for a lady down the street with 3 kids. Lots of children this year. I'll probably hate it but we'll see.
Saturday me and the parents went to a welcome home party for their friends Kevin and Mary who are back from Kuwait. It was a lot of fun. Then me and Carolyn people watched and saw a kid pee behind DQ twice, then ate ice cream and shake like 10 kid's hands. "Eww pee hands". Haha Then yesterday Kevin and Mary came over for a cookout and some family and friends came too. They told a lot of stories about Kuwait and of stories about my dad and him when they were my age. Haha funny stuff. He has to be the coolest person I know. He's awesome. It's too bad they have to live so far away. (He's in the army and she works for the government) So all in all it was a great weekend.

Tonight me, Meg, Carolyn, and her cousin Danielle are going to the Gavin Degraw concert. Hopefully it will stop raining. I'm excited.

Ok, that song makes me cry. It was played at Johnny Kennedy's funeral...who was 'The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off' on TLC. So sad.
Anyways, I never write in this thing anymore, nothing to write about really. I applied for CNA jobs at Quincy Hospital, who never called me beack, and yesterday I applied at Hancock Park even though I don't want to work there at all. But I need money.

I got a thing in the mail today saying that I have an appointment the 17th at 10:30 to get my senior yearbook picture taken. I'm getting my haircut tomorrow so I'll look a little better.

Ok I'm really sweaty.

But the bastard wasn't looking and he just happened not to notice the big JEEP rolling towards him with the back up lights on? Ass.

My Alaskin aunt and cousin came to visit for the week. Ohh Alaska. Hope I never have to visit them there. What's there to see?

My sister's graduation party sunday was a big hit. I had a lot of fun.

That's all.

Californiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

This weekend was fun. Jamie decided to leave me to go to Georgia with all the cowboys and rodeos...haha

Friday was the student/faculty, basketball game. Aww it was the highlight of the year! So cute. Then me and mama watched Hotel Rwanda. So sad, but really good.
Saturday I went to the gym for an hour then picked up Carolyn and we went to the mall then out to dinner at Chilis. I was telling her a story about how my mom gives random creepy people rides home and how I said to my mom, "You are just asking to get molested!" I said it in a manly voice and a little too loud so a guy sitting behind us turned around and looked horrified. We chatted about random things and about our most embarrassing moments...flash back to freshman year spanish, getting my chair pulled out from under me and falling on the floor. Nice 'friends' i had huh? Then we headed back to her house and watched the O.C.
Sunday I went over Carolyn's and we continued watching the O.C. since I missed the first few episodes of season 1. Then we got tacos and chilled.
Today I'm just laying low, wanted to go to the gym but thats not going to happen. Maybe tomorrow. I have a feeling that I have a project to do...hm later.

So MCAS have been great. The schedules being all screwy and short, I love it. Today we took the history MCAS as a "experiment" It was only 12 questions and an open response and we got out at 9 so it was fine. Me, Carolyn, Kim, and some random girls went to Dunkin Donuts until 10ish.

Tomorrow me, Carolyn, Meg, and Kimmy are going out to breakfast. Aww it will be fun. Then a very very easy day except for the 20 minute class of math. Then after school I have to scoot over to Jamie's because I left my starfish necklace there on saturday. Oops. And hopefully get to the gym. SAT scores came out too day. I did ok. 1520 out of 2400. Average I'd say, but who knows. Who needs college anyway? Just kidding. Seniors leave on thursday. Ahhh I want to be a senior so bad. My time will come. One more year. Next years classes are going to kick ass...
Patient Care
Anatomy
Criminal Law
Psychology
English
Study/gym
Woo!

I've got soul but I'm not a soldier

Hellllo

A few weeks ago was my first Red Sox game. It was pretty good, not as painful as I thought it was going to be. This week is MCAS so it should be pretty easy. The first week in June I'm taking the CNA exam (Certified Nursing Assistant)and if I pass I'll be able to give old people bed baths and get paid! Wooo. It actually isn't that bad. We've done it a few times in clinical. I don't enjoy doing it, but it needs to be done. Seniors sign out in like 3 seconds. I'm jealous. Another year for me.

Haha friday me and Jamie were listening to Kelly Clarkson- Since you've been gone in her car...cause we're cool. And it was loud so we were singing loud to it and all of a sudden she muted it right at a high pitched part so my wonderful voice was heard for miles. Haha it was hilarious. Then I did it to her and we did it like 5 times. It was funny. Today me and lissa lew hung out. We went to the ATM and I dropped her card under the car and I was too close to the thing so I couldn't open my door. So she had to get out and ask the kid behind us, who goes to our school, to back up so we could get it. I felt cool. Then we went to Micheals and were crafty, the we ate at Friendly's. Ugh, we ate sooooooooooooooo much. Then she went tanning and we picked up pops. And apparently Gramps is at the hospital with my mom, I don't know why...hmm

Right

Me and mama finally had the lovely talk about my grades today. It involved me crying a lot and she saying "community college is always an option" which made me cry even more. I know community college is totally fine, my dad went to Quincy College and then transfered, and loads of other people do similar things are are successful. But I just don't want that. I didn't fail anything, I just didn't get great grades. School sucks. I want to be in college and just be on my way. I'm so stressed out and it seems even when I try so hard and cry myself to sleep every night, I still do bad. I wish I was one of those people that don't have to try at all and still get all A's. I can't wait to be a senior. But that wont change my grades this year. People say I'm smart and I'm just not trying blah blah blah, bullshit. I am not smart. If I was smart I wouldn't get Ds.

I just want to be a nurse or doctor or something.
High School blows.

Emo enough for everyone?

That's me in the corner. That's me in the spotlight losing my religion

Well I guess I'll update now.

Not too much to talk about. Vacation was really fun, except I was without Pod for half of it because I let Melissa borrow it for Florida. I'm so nice. Me and Jamie went to Newbury to shop but was cut off in the middle by the marathon. Who'd of thought? We were so close but yet so far from Urban Outfitters. It was sad. Now we're back to school and Pringles is up to his tricks again. It's my parents anniversary this week and I hope they go away somewhere. Summer needs to come sooner. Ubbs.

This was fun!

Pod time.

So Spain was...good. Happy to go away, even happier to come home.

Lets just say that Toledo was awesome and Madrid and Barcelona were filled with gypsies, prostitutes, and sex shops. Aaand drunk Italian guys across the hall <3

Saturday me, Jamie, Tom, and Mike went out to dinner at the PE. It was free because we have connections haha. Then we went to get ice cream. Me and Jamie had free kid cone cards so that was free. And we rented Saw with a gift certificate and that cost $1.25. So dinner, dessert, and a movie cost me $1.25. Amazing.

Today I went over Jamie's to finish Saw. Fucked up movie. But good. Tomorrow I'm halling ass to Best Buy(haha im a geek), after the Jeep gets a new muffler of course. It sounds like a monster truck. Ok, bye!

In a land of make believe. That don't beleive in me

Horrah for a good weekend. Friday we were evacuated from school because they found a grenade in the stairway or something. QHS is so stupid. So we left at 8:30 and I went over Carolyn's. We ate Taco Bell and I left around 5:30. Then I went to Jamie's and we hung out and ate pizza. Then Sat my mom picked me up and we went to Best Buy because my ipod mas been gay and losing battery really fast and when it's off. The guy was being really shady and saying that his does that too. I think he was afraid I was going to return it and they would lose money. Whatever. So I sent mine out to be fixed(of course it takes 1-2 weeks) So I bought another one so I'll have one for Spain then when I get mine back, I'll return the one I bought. Kinda confusing but oh well. The one I bought is all scratched and crappy looking but at least I have one. Then I came home and ordered Grumpy's take out.

Today me and pops went driving so I could get used to the Jeep for tomorrow. And I practiced parallel parking. Yeahhhhh. Out of about 20 tries, I did three right. Hopefully because of the snow the officer wont make me do them. I am so nervous about it. Blah! And I'm nervous about Spain so on the way to Best Buy I felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack. Fun.

"Excuse me sir, but I cannot locate tha pahnties! Could you direct me to tha pahnties?"

Sunday was fun. Carolyn came over for a little bit and we watched the game. Then she left so I watched it by myself. Coool. I wish I went to the party. Oh well. The Pats won! Horrah!

Monday me and Jamie went to the mall so I could buy some more Pats gear. After a failed search for a Bruschi shirt, I bought a regular Pats shirt. I got a sweet picture of Garfunkel on her camera phone, then the next day we told people we met him. Haha. Then we decided that I should just sleep over since we were going to the parade. So we went to Walmart to buy things...never again. Then I stepped in a banana and we went home. Jake was being such and ass and howling in my face and waking us up every hour.

We woke up at 7:30 and got ready and her mom drove me, Jamie, Tom and Kevin to pick up Christine, then we met Kara and Adam at the T at 8. We got there and found a sweet spot next to the Common right in front. We hung out and the crowd started to get bored so they started tothrow huge chunks of snow back and forth. Haha it was funny and kinda frightening. And who do you guess walks by? Sam Duong! He came over and we chatted with us for...oh I'd say about three hours! Ugh, it was funny at first but then it was getting out of control. So at 12 the parade finally started and I saw Brady and Deion Branch and a bunch of black people I didn't know but they looked rich so I took their picture anyways. I didn't see Bruschi so that was disappointing. :-( I did however come up with a brilliant Bruschi sign that no one else though was good. Except Carolyn. (Picture a mug of beer, then a ski. Brew-Ski, Bruschi, brilliant!) It was a wicked fun time. We got home around 1 and ordered Papa Gino's. Then I went home around 3 and napped. It was an excellent day. Hopefully it can happen next year.

I can't wait for Monday. It's my road test!!! Woo hopefully I pass. The only thing that might screw me over is parallel parking. I've only done it twice. So hopefully the guy won't make me do it. Excitement!

I wrote this song while I was drunk, I hope you don't mind that it was wine...

So driving school is over. I miss it.

Yeahhhhhhhhh no. The written test was easy peasy. I deff passed that. I can get my license tuesday but I can't make the road test until I get my certificate, which takes 1-2 weeks. So if it comes on time, I can make my appointment like 1 day before Spain. Haha. Excitement!

Yesterday my mother picked me up 40 minutes late from driving school. You could only imagine how fun that ride home was for her! Pain in my ass. Then when she was supposed to drive me to Jamie's at 5, we didn't leave until 6:45. This only makes me getting my license more sweet.
Me and Jamie saw In Good Company. It was eh. Topher was hott but the movie was kinda slow. And there was some major PDA going on right in front of us. Then we got take out from Friendly's. That was more difficult that you might think. Haha Then we went back to her house and chilled and played with her new phone. Also I saw the disappointing last episode of Rosanne. Stupid. Our parents stumbled in the door around 1 and I went home. Tomorrow is the Superbowl!!!!!!! Excited. My parents are going to a party that Jamie usally goes to because it is at her aunt's house but she is working so I'm not going to go. It's kinda disappointing cause it's always a good time. I could go but I don't feel like hanging out with a bunch of middle aged drunk people, including my parents. Haha even though that would be interesting.

P.S.-Rumor has it that Blink 182 is coming out with a new CD this year? Word! I thought they were done. It's probably not true but that is exciting!!

This weekend was sweet. Me and Jamie went to the mall Friday then got Asian take out and watched Sex and the City on On Demand. Amazing. Then we listend to Jake howl for hours. Haha. On saturday we woke up and went to my grandmothers for her birthday. We had some live entertainment from the Mr. Peter Lewis on keyboard. Ha, we ate dinner, even though we didn't plan to. Then my grandmother brought out like 5 big cases filled with old jewlery from her and my great grandmother. It was sweet, me and Jamie got to look through it and take whatever. We got a lot of good finds! While we were sitting at the table, Pete was in the other room watching Charlie Brown(he's a big fan) And I recognized the music in it and I remembered the episode and it would always make me really sad. I think it's about Woodstock getting lost and getting stuck in a thunderstorm and a flood. It would always make me cry and when I heard it I got really sad for some reason. Normal right? I'm pathetic. Then after me and Jamie went to the mall. After a failed attempt at the movies. Sunday I had a driving hour.

Monday was my last driving hour! But I still have this week of classes because of the snow days. And oh yeah, mid terms being canceled isn't all that great. Haveing 7 huge tests and only 45 min to finish them sucks ass, which is what QHS thought would be better than mid terms. Teachers are douche bags. Bye!

Ah! A whole week of snow days! Amazing. Except I'm realllllyyyyyyyyyy bored. But tonight I'm sleeping over Jamie's and we are going dancing!

Oh man, I haven't done a thing this week. Because by the time I found out we didn't have school, it would be 10 at night and I would be ready to chill inside.

I don't know what we are going to do about mid-terms. They should just cancel them haha.

Hm, lets list the things I've done:
Shoveled one day
watched 'He's too young to be a father' on Lifetime (so did Jamie!)
Watched The Feud (I am going on this show)
watched The Price is Right(and this one!)
watched America's Funniest Home videos with Bob Saggot!
watched another Lifetime movie, 'The Virgin Suicides' Looove that movie.

So pretty much i spent my week practicing being an old woman with six cats. My mother said I'm the perfect old lady because of what I watch. Haha yess! Now I have a goal! Ok, I NEED to shower. Bye!
